The Imperial College Business School offers a full-time 1-year MBA program with the next start date on September 2017. It has tied up with edX, a non-profit online learning platform to offer a free online taster of its MBA from October 17 with the enrollment having opened in August.

Want to have a feel of MBA at the Imperial College, London, even before joining the program? You can try out the taster program with the business school launching its first series of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses).

Essentials for MBA Success

The ‘Essentials for MBA Success’ courses will provide aspirants a solid grounding in the foundation topics needed for an MBA. The four courses will cover maths, finance, data analysis and accounting.

Imperial will draw upon the expertise garnered from its Global Online MBA degree. The courses are also designed to appeal to learners who have studied management topics in the past and are considering applying for an MBA.

Students will get a flavour of what studying for an MBA at Imperial is like and the preparation needed to succeed in their studies.

Flexible Learning Program

Each course features leading academic experts from the Business School and combines an active, social approach to learning with extensive multimedia.

The courses also feature a personalized learning plan highlighting the areas that students need to focus on to acquire the base level of knowledge needed to undertake the core subjects on an MBA.

The courses are flexible and students will be allowed to take it up in the order they choose. It will enable them to fit the studies conveniently without clashing with their jobs or family commitments.

Each course will have a mix of academic theory and the ‘real world’ skills needed for business. The subjects are brought to life through interactive exercises and video content.
