										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;"><strong>The overall mean annual salary for MBA graduates in the class of 2019 at INSEAD was reported at US$ 92,800, median salary at US$ 93,400, median sign-on bonus at US$ 20,000 and median performance bonus at US$ 16,9000.  </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">A total of 1029 students in two classes completed the INSEAD MBA program in December 2018 and July 2019. Of these, 98% responded to the Employment Statistics survey.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">While 997 participated in formal recruitment activities, 92% reported having received at least one job offer three months after their graduation date. Around 88% provided details of their career and 88% gave reported full salary information.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">INSEAD Career Development Centre Global Director <strong>Agnès Cosnier-Loigerot</strong> said, “In 2019, we have again achieved a record number of 92% of students with offers within 3 months of graduation, joining a total of 322 organizations.”</span></p>

<h2>Northern / Western Europe Tops in Job Location</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">In terms of job location, 37% chose Northern/Western Europe, 27% Asia Pacific, 11% Africa/Middle East, 7% North America, 6% South America and 2% Eastern Europe.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">“We continued our engagement on the start-up front to match the increasing appetite from students to work for fast-growing organizations and market disrupters: 31% of students joined a start-up or scale-up in the Tech sector (compared to 22% in 2018),” Agnès said.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">“The same is true for the Summer Experience, with 77% of students deciding to do an internship or participate in the Summer Start-up Tours (67% in 2018), with 46% working for a start-up (41% in 2018). In 2019, the Summer Start-up Tour expanded across regions as well as business areas, involving more for-profit-with-purpose organizations, a positive response to INSEAD’s Sustainable Development Goals campaign,” she added.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Financial Services offered an overall Annual Mean Salary of US$ 109,300, Median Salary of US$ 109,300, Median Sign-on Bonus of US$ 31,800 and Median Performance Bonus of US$ 33,700.</span></p>

<h4>Eligibility Criteria</h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">You should be at least 26 years old at the time of application with a minimum of three years of post-university professional experience (excluding internships). You should have at least two years of experience in a management role. Work experience abroad or in an international environment is also necessary.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">You should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, a competitive GMAT or GRE score and an advanced level of English. The GMAT/GRE scores should be within the validity period of 5 years. For non-native speakers of English, the scores of an English proficiency test: TOEIC (minimum score of 800) or IELTS (minimum score of 7) or TOEFL (minimum score 100|TOEFL MyBest scores are accepted) with a validity of 2 years.</span></p>

<h2>How to Apply for the Program</h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">The application form is to be completed online. First, you will need to create your account, following which you will receive an email with your login ID and password (PIN). These are required each time you sign in.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">You can fill in the application form at your convenience, pause and come back to it at any point.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">One common essay for all 3 majors, and additional questions, corresponding to your major should be submitted. A professional résumé (1-2 pages maximum and a copy of your passport or ID card. Official transcripts of grades from all prior academic establishments (excluding high school) are also needed along with an ID photo, passport-style (medium to a high-resolution digital image).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Scholarship Essay (if applicable), Proof of Fair Registration and Attendance if you have chosen to apply for the Fast Fair Reduction Scholarship. Two professional referees, who will receive a request to complete the online reference form when you submit your online application</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">All documents must be provided in English or French. Official translations will also have to be provided for documents in other languages.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Once you have completed your online application and have attached all the supporting documents, the final step is to submit your online application before the admission deadline. A non-refundable application fee of 130€/180SGD is to be paid.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">If the application is successful, you will be contacted by ESSEC within two weeks. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to organize an interview which will last for about 40 minutes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Interviews will be conducted either in person or over video conference, depending on the location of the candidate. In-person interviews will take place at ESSEC&#8217;s campuses in France and Singapore, as well as at international admissions interviews in Mumbai, New York City and Shanghai.</span></p>

<h1>INSEAD in the US: Program Highlights</h1>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Michele Cursio and Sarah Amrein with a professional background in the consulting sector, have considerable achievements in swimming. Michele was a professional swimmer during his teens and clinched the first runner-up position at the National Championship 2004 in his home country, Italy. He graduated with a Masters in International Business from Università Bocconi and joined the Boston Consulting Group as an Associate, the school said in a blog post.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Sarah holds a Master of Science in Medical Biology and was working at Mckinsey as an Associate before joining INSEAD. She excelled in synchronised swimming and represented Switzerland in the European and World Championships. She went on to win the US National Championship title in 2009.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Marta Munoz Souweine started playing the violin at the age of six and was enrolled at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu where she studied for more than 10 years. Apart from the training at the conservatory, she had the opportunity to be a student of Ala Voronkova, a famous violinist in Barcelona. Marta also played in several orchestras such as the Conservatori del Liceu, Can Ponsic and Diaula, and has even won music awards.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Later, she enrolled at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to INSEAD, she was with Oliver Wyman as an Engagement Manager.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">The top GMAT scorers in the class are Ekaterina Kuznetsova and Mohammad (Moh) Mashayekhi, both having notched up an impressive 770.  The Russian-origin Ekaterina carries a German passport and has spent most of the past decade in Switzerland.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">While her formal training is in the sciences (Master of Science in Physics from ETH Zurich), Ekaterina’s professional interests are more firmly grounded in business. She has worked in  McKinsey &amp; Company prior to enrolling for the MBA.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Moh came to INSEAD with work experiences in the United States, Venezuela and in his country, Iran. While working as a bond trader in New York, he took up the challenge to work for a construction company in Venezuela. He then returned to Iran to help run two family businesses.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Among the social entrepreneurs, New Zealander Rodger Douglas had charted a career path in agriculture and dairy farming, not only in his home country but also in Brazil where he gained some enriching experience setting up and running a dairy farming business in a frontier and remote region.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Born in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Angelica Mandaric left home at the age 14 to pursue her education, funding her new life by becoming a professional concert pianist. A first-generation college graduate, she is now a PhD candidate at the Centre for Performance Science (a cross-institutional partnership between the Royal College of Music and Imperial College London), a social entrepreneur, and a strategy consultant.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Before INSEAD, she co-founded an NGO whose work, supported by the European Commission, raises educational and cultural standards, reduces unemployment, and addresses post-war tensions between ethnic groups in Bosnia. Since leaving home, Angelica has lived in 11 cities across six countries.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Canadian Jean-Christophe Mortreux created wind turbines before selling off his patents and company. Jean-Christophe’s passion for renewable energy continues to burn bright and he hopes to use the new knowledge gleaned from his MBA to create more environmentally sustainable start-ups in future.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Among those from non-traditional backgrounds, Maria Nunes Pereira from Portugal, during her PhD studies, developed a life-saving technology that can be used in minimally invasive heart surgery. She is now the Chief Innovation Officer at a biomedical start-up company, created to translate her work from the bench to the bedside.  She has been recognised by Time Magazine, Forbes for her achievements and by MIT’s “Innovators Under 35”.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Victor Lim had graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore. Working as an Associate in a law firm, he has also been an active volunteer with the Law Society of Singapore since 2012, rendering pro bono legal services to low-income families.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Isabelle Albertalli, a recipient of the French Medal of National Defense, received several awards while studying at École Polytechnique. By the age of 26, she has already been both an army officer as a Platoon Leader Assistant and a McKinsey consultant.</span></p>
