Each student completes up to 50 hours of career coaching, resume workshops and mock interviews during the program. They also have access to online career resources, talent sourcing and networking.

Théophile Armand says he would not have landed a job at Amazon without CareerSMART.  Prior to joining MBA, he had worked in a sales position at a French automotive position in Russia.

He had met Amazon MBA recruiters at a CareerSMART event in EDHEC’s campus at Nice. He enrolled into Amazon’s Pathways Program, a three-year leadership development program for MBA grads.

Later, he secured an operations internship, underwent two days of interviews, and made a presentation before an audience of 12 senior executives.

The EDHEC MBA is also popular among students looking for international careers. In 2015, 83% of the graduating MBA class found work in 15 countries.
