I am an engineer with 10yrs.+ of work exp. and am wanting to change wagon from engineering to consulting. I am following the 1 yr MBA space for couple of months now, and looking at the level of competition my college and 12 credentials looks ‘not so up there’. ‘My 10th was 85%, 12th – 71%. passes engineering first degree from private university, however there was a 1 yr break in the 4 yr course, but my academic graph took of after that.
Can you offer a prospective?
Secondly I am focusing on IIMA since i find the average class age and exp. is more in tune with my present. Should I increase my paradigm?

*my SSLC % is 82,
*Apprentice in Turner % is 89(full term-3 yrs)
*my diploma % is 78,
presently doing my engineering in 2 nd year
and I’m gold medalist-2012 in national all India skill competition of Apprentice in turner.
*plus working in BOSCH for 2 years and doing my engineering parallelly.

hw are my chances when I approach to CAT.

kindly suggest and also guide me how to do my engineering so that there are favourable chances to get admitted
