I have 11years of rich FMCG sales experience and currently I’m at 15lakhs package. I have btech with mba(tier3 college), I worked big companies like Hindustan Unilever , GSK Consumer, Amul . I have a doubt if my GMAT less score will convert to isb one year or iimcbaex because of work ex ?

Your Pre-MBA experience should be the main determining factor – the relevance of your previous experience to your new job would matter the most. Your old salary, is less important, since this is not a simple jump from one job to another.
