Finance for Non-Finance Managers

A 2-day world-class certificate programme in key finance concepts that is ideal for working managers who want to sharpen their skills in financial management. The programme is conducted by a masterclass of instructors: faculty for the programme include Sanjeev Shivesh, CEO of The Entrepreneurship School who has worked with Booz Allen Hamilton and Fire Capital Fund (a private equity fund), Mamta Sharma, a Chartered Accountant with experience of working with AMBA Research (a Goldman Sachs Company) and ICICI Bank & Masroor Lodi, Director of The Entrepreneurship School who worked previously with Hindustan Unilever and Sanofi Aventis

Faculty

Prof. Mamta Mishra is a Chartered Accountant who has moved into academics. She heads the Finance and Accounts Department at The Entrepreneurship School, Gurgaon where she teaches courses in Financial Accounting, Finance and Venture Capital Finance. Prior she has worked with AMBA Research (a Goldman Sachs Company) and ICICI Bank. Currently she is also pursuing her PhD in Corporate Governance. She has delivered training programs on IFRS, Accounting Standards, Finance for Non Finance, Project Finance etc.

Mr. Sanjeeva Shivesh is the CEO of The Entrepreneurship School. He is a finance professional with more than 20 years of professional experience at Indian Railways, Booz Allen Hamilton and Fire Capital Fund (a private equity fund). He has been consultant to various organisations such as RITES, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, West Bengal Government, Tea Board of India, UK Department for Transport, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages etc. He has delivered training programs on IFRS, Finance for Non Finance, Financial Modelling, Project Finance etc. He is B Tech from IIT Delhi and MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Mr. Masroor Lodi is the Director of The Entrepreneurship School. Prior he worked with India Today group, Hindustan Unilever and Sanofi Aventis. He has been consultant to various organisations such as VVF Limited, Unilever, QAI, among others. He has delivered training programs on IFRS, Working Capital Management, etc. He is B. COM (Gold Medalist) and Masters from Jamia Millia Islamia and MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Program Fee

Program fee is Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) per participant exclusive of Service Tax and Education Cess. This includes all costs towards Training, Course Materials, Certificate, Lunch, Tea, etc.For Government, Public Sector and NGO / Voluntary Sector Officials, there is a special rebate of 20% i.e. the applicable fee is Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) per participant plus taxes. The current applicable rate of ST and E.C is 14%.
