As per SPJIMR official site, Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)  is an AICTE approved 15 month program having One Year Full time Residential component preceded by a three months off  campus blended web learning component.

Admission Process

As per the B-School, applications are to be made online only. The application-processing fee is Rs 1,800. It can be paid either by credit card/debit card or net banking or Demand Draft favouring ‘S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research’ payable at Mumbai.

Rolling Process

PGPM offers the facility of Rolling Admissions. Mostly, you have to wait for a long time to hear back from the schools to which you apply. Schools do not start judging applications until the final deadline is up. With rolling admissions, your application will be examined as soon as it is received. The result is that you are likely to hear from us much in advance.

Early Offers

Along with Rolling Admissions, PGPM extends Early Offers to exceptionally bright candidates. This implies that if you are an outstanding candidate, you have an offer letter from PGPM, even before the last date of accepting applications has elapsed. Rolling Admissions and Early Offers help you plan your transition from a full time job to school smoother.


Interviews take place throughout the admission cycle, from the month of February to August in the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. The candidate, if short listed for the interview, would have the choice of opting for one of the interview venues. Candidates living abroad at the time of being short listed, have the option of appearing for the interview over SKYPE. The SKYPE interview is held as per institute’s timings (IST).

Participants must bear the expenses for food, personal travel and any other expenses of personal nature during their stay on campus. Food expenses on campus are generally expected to be approximately INR 1,00,000/.

**Participant must bear the expenses for lunch, dinner, other food and all other personal expenses at the time of International Immersion.

The participant must possess a laptop and its cost must be borne by him / her.

The participant must have an appropriate and valid health insurance policy and a valid passport. (To be produced at the time of On-Campus registration)

Expenses for the Development of Corporate Citizenship (DOCC) project module are to be borne by the participant. Approximate expenses for a modest accommodation and train travel are around INR 20,000 and will vary on case to case basis.

The program comprises of two phases:

  • Twelve months full-time residential learning (On-campus)
