At IMNU, every MBA or IMBA student has to apply for placements in the programme’s final year.

Over 85 well-known companies have visited the IMNU (Institute of Management, Nirma University) for campus placements. And because of this, almost all the students got placements which increased the placement percentage by 100%.

The average salary package in 2020 was Rs 9 Lakh per annum, whereas the median salary was Rs 8.75 LPA, which grew from Rs 8.5 LPA in the previous year.

Dell Technologies offered the highest salary in the ITES section of Rs 12.33 LPA.

Well-known names in the industry participated in the campus’s final placement process.  In almost all the sectors, offers were made by these companies; major sectors were Consulting, Automobile, IT & ITES, Social Media, BFSI, FMCG, Market Research, E-commerce, Analytics, Micro Finance, Power, Manufacturing, Construction & Real Estate, Healthcare, Consumer Durable, Telecom, etc.

In addition to that, more than 30 companies participated in the placement process, and that simply indicates that they believe in what value this institute’s students can bring to them.

First-time hirers were companies such as Smart Cube, Byte dance (Tik Tok), Ingersoll Rand, Pesticide India, TTK Healthcare, Phone Pe, South Indian Bank, Jubilantlife, Spacematrix, Birlasoft, Malcolm, MGMotor India, and more. Another Indonesian company, PT Jay Kay Files, hired two students from the placement process.
