PGPMX Admission process at IIM Indore 

1st Step: Application Submission:

All the aspirants are required to submit the completely filled application. Upon submitting the application, system generated application number will be mailed to your registered email id as an acknowledgment. The details & information about the sign-in credentials with edit rights will also be provided in the same mail. Applicants may choose to edit their forms until the last date of application submission. It is advised that; applicants must save a copy of their application form upon submitting them.

Incomplete applications to the will not be considered for further process. Applicants must completely fill all the parts of the application or must provide the explanation in the form for incomplete information. This is very important for your application to be considered. 

2nd Step: Application Fee Payment

Applicants are required to deposit the application fee of INR Five thousand only through online payment method. The requested fee must be deposited within one working day of application submission. Without the payment of the requested fee, application will not be considered. This application fee is a non-refundable fee. 


3rd Step: Aptitude Test & Interview

Institute will conduct the aptitude test & personal interview to evaluate the performance of the applicants on the specified date & time. On the specified date, aptitude test will be held in the 1st half of the day. Personal interviews of the some candidates will happen in the 2nd half of the same day (on the day of written aptitude test), while others will be asked to come some other day and the date for same will be announced on day of aptitude test.

4th Step: Offer of Admission

On the basis of the overall performance in the aptitude test and personal interview, offer of the admission will be made. These offers may be made within a week of the commencement of personal interviews. Offer of admission will be communicated through the registered emails. Therefore, applicants are advised to check their email regularly.

5th Step: Accepting the Offer of Admission

The shortlisted applicants, to whom the offers are made, they will be required to submit the acceptance for admission offer in the requested format, with the specified time. The format of the acceptance letter will be communicated along with the offer of admission.

6th Step: Registration

The selected applicants will be asked to submit the completely filled-in & signed registration form for PGPMX course on the date of registration. Details about the registration process of the program will be communicated along with offer of admission.
