Final Placement for the 15-month full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Executive 2017-18 batch at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad saw an average CTC growth of 114% with the average CTC at Rs 15.8 lakh.

The highest CTC was Rs 30 lakh and lowest Rs 10 lakh. The 15-month PGDM Executive is an AICTE approved and AACSB accredited program for those with work experience aiming for top positions in management and industry.

The graduates received job offers from sectors such as Consulting, HR, IT, BFSI, Retail, FMCG and Digital Marketing, among others

The students with an average age of 29 years have an average work experience of 6.5 years. While the majority 64% are in the 26-28 years category, 22% are aged between 29-31 years and 14%, 32-35 years.

In work experience, 43% had 5-6 years, 36% had 6-7 years and 21% had spent more than 7 years at the workplace.
