PGDM Program at IMT Ghaziabad offers specialisation in 3 fields. Submission of valid CAT/XAT/GMAT exams score is one of the main criterion for admission. And, in case, score of GMAT is not out at the time of applying, provisional application processing will be done subject of the institute receiving the official GMAT exam score. In PGDM DCP (Dual Country Programme) at IMT Ghaziabad, admission will be offered on the basis of the following

Selection Process

After shortlisting the candidates, IMT will conduct the test on leadership potential & personal interview for final selection.

Test on Leadership Potential: It will be a 30 minute written test for all the shortlisted candidates. The goal of the test is to learn about the leadership potential of the applicants. The candidates will be judged on the below listed parameters:

• Communication skills
• Innovation and Creativity
• Delegation
• Decision making skills
• Collaboration

Plus, Applicants will be asked to write down their ideas, thoughts and methods of leadership skills in around 400 to 500 words on the given topic/ case study.

Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates will also have to go through a personal interview process of approx. 20-25 minute, during which they will be judged on the below listed 4 parameters:

• Academic Orientation (AO)
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills (CIS)
• Quality of Work Experience
• Analytical/Problem solving skills (AS)

FPM Admission 2022 – IMT Ghaziabad

Not only post graduate management program, IMT Ghaziabad also offers fellowship program in the area of Management i.e. FPM. Applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria required to qualify GMAT/GRE/ CAT/ GATE/ UGC-NET. Along with application, applicants also required to submit a research proposal of approximately 5000 words on the field of their research.
