McGill University MBA Admissions – Process, Seats, deadlines, Essays Required 

The qualified candidate passing all the documents verification will be called for a detailed interview. Interview is arranged on Skype and other online platforms for international and non-Montreal students whereas, in-person for local students.

Application Process 

Step 1: Prepare documents for application

LOR

  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals who have been directly responsible for evaluating the applicant’s professional/managerial performance and potential
  • Referees may upload their reference letter in PDF or Word document

ESSAY

  • Applicants are required to submit three essays:
  • Describe a situation where you failed to achieve an objective, and what you learned from it. (Maximum 500 words)
  • Describe an experience where, working in a team as a member or leader, you successfully managed to deal with a challenge posed by the diversity of the group. (Maximum 500 words)
  • As concisely as possible, please explain why you intend on pursuing your MBA studies at this time and how will the Desautels MBA program help you in achieving your professional goals. (Maximum 500 words)

  • Curriculum Vitae is required

  • Official transcripts of marks/grades from all universities attended are required
  • Official GMAT/GRE scores
  • Proof of English Language proficiency test scores
  • Work History Form
  • MBA Applicant Survey
